At Eurecah customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control Teams will inspect your items shipped from our distribution center prior to shipping. We ensure our sellers provide the best quality and our job is to monitor their processes and to protect our customers during their purchase process.
Our product quality is guaranteed. However, we kindly ask that you carefully and accurately check your size prior to buying. Please refer to the size charts on product pages.
7-Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving their product to request an exchange or a return. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Go to Contact Us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the defective piece.
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear and lingerie items or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
Refunds take 3-10 business days .
